Our Strength Floor is built for serious training, featuring more than 100 pieces of premium equipment from the industry’s top brands—Hammer Strength, Matrix, Iron Grip, and Eleiko. From pin-selected machines to heavy-duty free weights, plate-loaded stations, and multi-use cable towers, every piece is chosen for durability, performance, and smooth movement. The area includes over a dozen adjustable benches and tons of dumbbells ranging all the way up to 120 lbs. giving every Goal-Getter the freedom to lift heavy, train hard, and keep progressing.
CARDIO
Our Cardio Floor delivers one of the largest selections in the area, with more than 100 pieces from industry-leading brands like LifeFitness, Matrix, Free Motion, Concept2, and Technogym. From treadmills and ellipticals to rowers, arc trainers, and more, every machine is chosen for performance, comfort, and variety. And for climbers, we offer the region’s biggest lineup of stair machines—perfect for high-intensity training and serious calorie burn. No matter your pace or goal, our cardio zone gives every Goal-Getter the space and equipment to keep moving.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Our Functional Training zone is built for movement, versatility, and performance. You’ll find everything you need to warm up, train dynamically, and recover the right way—bands, balls, sandbags, mobility sticks, jump ropes, TRX suspension trainers, a heavy boxing bag, and more. This space also includes a dedicated turf area* with sleds for powerful strength and conditioning work. CLEANEST GYM IN TOWN
At Flash Fitness, we use premium sanitary wipe stations throughout the gym—an elevated, cleaner alternative to traditional spray bottles. These disinfecting wipes allow members to quickly and effectively clean equipment before and after use, helping keep our spaces spotless, safe, and aligned with the upscale environment our Goal-Getters expect.
