Summer Training Programs for Youth and Teens

Register Early – Limited Openings

10 Weeks Starts June 18th thru August 22nd

Youth Conditioning
  • Grades 4 & 5
  • Foundations of Movement
  • Two Sessions per week
  • Tues & Thurs 12pm – 1pm or 1pm – 2pm
Middle School
  • Grades 6-8
  • Foundations of Exercise
  • Two Sessions per week
  • Tues & Thurs 11am – 12pm or 2pm – 3pm
High School
  • Grades 9-12
  • Advanced Strength Training
  • Three Sessions per week
  • Mon, Wed, Fri 8am-9am or 1pm-2pm

*No Sessions During the Week of 4th of July
