Cancellation Policy Reminder:
All membership cancellations require 45 days’ notice. You will continue to have full access to the gym during this notice period.
If an Annual Maintenance Fee is scheduled during your 45-day period, it will be added to your final payment.
If you are still within your 1-year membership commitment, a $60 early termination fee (buyout fee) will apply.
Personal Training agreements cannot be cancelled online. Please speak directly with the Fitness Manager at your home gym for assistance.

By submitting this online cancellation request, I understand that your cancellation will be effective as of the submission date and will be processed by a Flash Fitness representative within 72 hours of receipt. I agree to the cancellation policies outlined above and in my membership agreement, and I authorize Flash Fitness to process any remaining fees using the credit card or checking account on file. I understand that all past due balances must be paid at the time of cancellation, and that failure to pay any outstanding balance may result in late fees and my account being forwarded to a collection agency.Flash Fitness will send me a notice confirming that my membership has been canceled, which will include an assessment of any final fees due.
