Youth Conditioning
- Grades 4 & 5
- Foundations of Movement
- Two Sessions per week
- Tues & Thurs 12pm – 1pm or 1pm – 2pm
Middle School
- Grades 6-8
- Foundations of Exercise
- Two Sessions per week
- Tues & Thurs 11am – 12pm or 2pm – 3pm
High School
- Grades 9-12
- Advanced Strength Training
- Three Sessions per week
- Mon, Wed, Fri 8am-9am or 1pm-2pm
*No Sessions During the Week of 4th of July
